Rose brings over 15 years of healthcare experience in clinical and healthcare administration. As a community member of Port Jervis, she is excited to bring those experiences back to her hometown. 

Rose’s career highlights her dedication to improving healthcare quality and providing patient-centered care. Her experience included working with multiple NYS Federally Qualified Health Centers and health plans. She led initiatives to enhance patient engagement, optimize health outcomes, and reduce healthcare costs. Her roles in population health and quality improvement have focused on reducing disparities in care and improving patient and provider experiences.

Rose’s local clinical training in pediatric, urgent care, and adult medicine provided her the opportunity to work with patients of all ages. She looks forward to addressing the unique healthcare needs of her neighbors.
